Griffen is a huge forested area, 4 miles/6km south of Aberfeldy, with many trails suitable for walking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing. The most popular circular route passes secluded Loch Kennard and Loch Scoly and starts from the official car park at GR 887452, off the A826. For the more adventurous it’s possible to mountain bike or walk across the forest to Dunkeld. OS map recommended. Refreshments in Aberfeldy.
