23rd Aug - Crail Folk Club - BOOGALUSA CAJUN BAND - Community Hall - £7 A six piece band playing their own original music based on rootsy Cajun/zydeco swampland swing - and all this from Dundee! Internationally successful excitement which will defy you to get up and dance.

23rd Aug - Tattie Jam - St Bride’s, Edinburgh, Scotland (17.00). Tattie Jam play (mainly Scots) traditional and folk music, with a twist. Seylan Baxter sings and plays the lead on a 5-string electric cello, and Ruaridh Pringle sings and plays dynamic accompaniment on guitar - and sometimes didgeridoo and octave mandolin; sometimes also taking the lead on mandolin.
