Biggar Fiddle and Accordion Club Nestled at the edge of the Borders
and the foot of the Southern Upland hills lies the historic market town of Biggar. This beautiful
town is steeped in history and tradition and is famous for its lively Hogmanay celebrations.
Music and the arts have played a large part in Biggar's heritage and the local accordion and Fiddle club is proud to continue with this tradition. The club, which is a member of the National Association of Accordion and Fiddle Clubs, extends special encouragement (and free admission to Under 16s) to young people to attend. Other non-players (Admission £4.00) are most welcome to come along and listen. Back to Fiddle and Accordion Index page |
